Synopsis

Depuis qu'il peut utiliser une prothèse qui l'aide à nager, le dauphin Winter est devenu une source de courage pour son entourage et la principale attraction d'un parc aquatique. De quoi rendre fier son dresseur adolescent, Sawyer, qui a été invité à étudier pendant trois mois dans un prestigieux programme à l'extérieur de la ville. Sa décision est mise sur la glace à la mort d'un dauphin, dont le décès a profondément affecté Winter, le rendant dépressif et même agressif. Seul un compagnon dauphin pourra le guérir, que ce soit Mandy qui attend d'être relâché dans la nature ou le bébé Hope.
